Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1 wholewheat tortillas

  • 200grams of chicken breast

  • 1 Yellow bell pepper

  • 1 cup mushrooms

  • Tomato sauce (with no added sugar)

  • Low-fat mozzarella (grated)

  • Rocket salad

  • Salt

*Add or replace vegetables to your liking


  • Preheat oven to 180 C

  • Set the tortillas on a baking tray, sprinkle both sides with a drizzle of water

  • Cover the tortillas in tomato sauce ensuring equal distribution, starting from the middle and end few millimetres from the edge

  • Cover in cheese

  • Add mushrooms and pepper

  • Bake for 7 to 8 minutes

  • While the tortillas are baking cooking your chicken in a pan using medium-high heat.

  • Once ready, let rest for 5 minutes

  • Add the chicken and salad or spinach on top

  • Bon appétit
